Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and [Your full name or business name], who runs OverallMoney (“I”, “me”). You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
What the service is
A subscription gives you access to the daily signal of the strategy (or strategies) your plan includes, posted on the Daily Signal page every trading day at about 4:15 PM ET. A Logic Max subscription includes the Logic Core signal; a Logic Core subscription includes Logic Core only.
The service shows how I invest my own money. It is not investment advice; please read the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
Free trial
New subscribers get a 14-day free trial with full access to their plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you don’t cancel, your paid plan starts automatically when the trial ends and the first payment is taken. One free trial per person.
Billing and renewal
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The price you sign up at stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. Prices for new subscribers may change.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments are not refundable once the free trial has ended, except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, message me and I’ll review it case by case. Any refund is at my discretion and may be partial, for example after deducting card processing fees.
Your account and the signals are for you only
Your subscription is for your personal use. You agree not to:
- share your login or let anyone else use your account;
- copy, post, forward, sell or otherwise share the signals or members-only content, in full or in part, while they are current;
- use the signals to run a competing service, or to manage money for others;
- scrape or automatically download content from the site, or try to get around how access is controlled.
Ending access
If an account is used against these terms, for example to share signals, I may suspend or close it without a refund. You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling.
Availability
I aim to post every signal on time, but the service depends on data providers, software and hosting that can fail. Signals may occasionally be late, unavailable or contain errors. I don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, and I may change, pause or discontinue features with notice.
Content ownership
The strategies, signals, articles, charts, courses and videos on this site belong to me. You may read them and use them for your own investing; you may not republish them. Short quotes with a link back to the original page are welcome.
No guarantees and limited liability
The service is provided “as is”. Investing involves risk, including loss of the money you invest, and I make no promise of any result. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the site or the signals. If I am found liable for anything, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and subscribers will be emailed about important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your state], United States.
