Who runs this site

OverallMoney is run by [Your full name or business name] (“I”, “me”). Questions about this policy: use the message form on the Contact page (overallmoney.com/contact/).

Information I collect

  • Account details: your email address, used to log you in and send account messages.
  • Subscription details: your plan, trial dates and payment status. Card payments are handled by the payment processor; I never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages you send through the contact form: your name, your email address (so I can reply), the topic and your message.
  • Technical data: like most websites, the hosting provider automatically records basic information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

How I use it

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.

  • To provide the service: log you in, show the signals your plan includes, and manage your trial and subscription.
  • To send essential emails: login links, trial reminders, receipts and important account or service notices.
  • To answer your messages and support requests.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, such as sharing of paid signals.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Services that process data for me

The site relies on a few trusted providers, each of which receives only what it needs:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, security and login data storage.
  • Google (Sheets and Apps Script): stores the messages you send through the contact form.
  • Payment processor [e.g. Stripe]: checkout, subscriptions and billing.
  • Email delivery service [e.g. Resend]: login links and account emails.
  • YouTube: videos load only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
  • Fontshare: the fonts used on the site.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies, such as the one that keeps you logged in. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If I add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.

How long I keep it

Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask me to delete your account at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask a question about how it is used, through the message form on the Contact page (overallmoney.com/contact/). Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law; I will honour them.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is meant for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Important changes will also be emailed to subscribers.
